The World Poker Tour Five Diamond World Poker Classic $10,000 buy-in Main event kicked off on Tuesday, which was the same day the $25,000 High Roller wrapped up.

That tournament attracted 42 runners and created a $1,050,000 prize pool that was paid out to the final table of six. Among those competing was Germany’s Manig Loeser, who foreshadowed his win on Twitter.

The win, the fifth largest of Loeser’s career, brought his live tournament earnings up to $8,578,605, which puts him 13th on Germany’s all-time money list. It also came less than a week after he finished runner-up to Ian Hunter in the 888poker LIVE London Super High Roller for $22,978.
