Mexico’s “2gbenz” secured their second-six-figure score in less than three months over at Natural8 poker with both massive sums being awarded for winning a $10,000 buy-in event. The Mexico-based grinder took down a $300,000 guaranteed High Roller Weekend Main Event on Dec. 31 for $143,560 and this weekend netted $140,687 in a similar tournament!

Perhaps the highest profile poker player at the eight-handed final table was Ukraine’s Roman “SanityWaterline” Romanovskiy who has enjoyed plenty of success at Natural8 of late. The Ukrainian continued his solid run at the site with a fifth-place finish worth $12,468.
“Sense8” was the next to fall, the Austrian walking away with $16,480. They were followed to the rail by another Austrian in the shape of “DanBiz” who scooped a $21,784 prize.

partypoker Sunday High Roller Gladiator: $200K Gtd
The partypoker Sunday High Roller Gladiator: $200K Gtd attracted a field of 134 entrants who were all outlasted by Croatian pro “SouhftfW”. Partypoker make the first and second-place prizes of their PKO events almost the same, leaving the heads-up duo to fight for the substantial bounty payments instead.
And substantial they were because when “CrazyLissy” of Russia saw their tournament come to an abrupt end in second-place, they netted $6,119 worth of bounties in addition to their $23,631, but SouhftfW” walked away with $23,658 from the main prize pool and an astonishing $51,564 worth of bounty payments!
Shout-out to “FkTheseGuysBro” who reached this final table on the same day as the Natural8 Sunday Blade $10K; this result being worth a combined $8,494.

888poker $100,000 Sunday Sale Mega Deep
888poker ran its popular Sunday Sale on some of its biggest events, halving the price of the buy-in. One such tournament was the $100,000 Sunday Sale Mega Deep that only cost $109 this week. It was a smart move by 888poker because 1,304 players bought in and obliterated the guarantee.
The top three finishers turned their $109 into five-figures. Brazil’s Rui “Grobbshinit” Rodrigues busted in third-place for a $12,648 score, which left Peru’s “O_fenomeno9” and Espen “DubaiPrince4” Uhlen Jørstad of Norway to play heads-up for the title.
The Peruvian eventually busted in second-place so had to make do with the $16,952 runner-up prize, meaning Jørstad walked away $23,472 richer and enjoyed a very profitable Sunday.

888poker $50,000 Sunday Sale Whale
The $50,000 Whale received the Sunday Sale treatment, seeing its usual $1,050 buy-in reduced to $530. Again, the guarantee was hit with 115 players creating a $57,500 prize pool.
Canada’s “ThEtRaIN96” secured the lion’s share of the prize pool, namely $15,812 after becoming the last player standing. They defeated “bah23” heads-up for the title, with the runner-up winning $10,637, enough to take their lifetime winnings at 888poker to more than $400,000.
Mentions have to go to 888poker regulars “f0rmEiTseGaL”, “Kannwas”, and “Farrugia_1” who crashed out in fifth-through seventh-place in this star-studded event.
